Paid plans are billed by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Invoices are available from your billing page.
Yes. Cancel from your billing page and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account returns to the Free plan.
Monitors above the new limit are paused, not deleted, and your history is kept. They resume automatically if you upgrade again or when there is room.
You pay once a year at a discounted rate compared with twelve monthly payments. You can switch between monthly and yearly from your billing page.
Yes. Add-ons such as speed monitoring and screenshots can be added to any plan, including Free. They stack with the plan's own limits.
The feature switches off at the end of the period you paid for. Your monitors and history stay; speed checks and screenshots simply stop until you add it again. Old screenshots are removed once they pass the retention period.
Yes. Each run loads your page twice, once as a desktop browser and once as a mobile browser, and records both.
Every account starts on the Free plan, so you can try the service before paying. Some plans may also include a trial period, shown on the plan card.
